Kenilworth Christmas lights events cancelled

Details on the cancellation of Kenilworth's Christmas lights events.

Warwick District Council and partners regret to announce that this evening's Christmas light switch-on events on Warwick Road and High Street in Kenilworth have been cancelled due to the weather forecast.

High winds are already causing issues with the erection of stalls and marquees, and with safety being the Council's main priority, the decision has been made to cancel the events.

The Council understands that residents will be disappointed, and will be providing further updates in the next few days regarding plans for Kenilworth's lights.
