Kenilworth Carnival Road Closures

The annual Kenilworth Carnival returns on Saturday 28th June 2025. The Carnival causes disruption across Kenilworth for a period of 2 hours.

Carnival Route: Forrest Road, Castle Road, Castle Hill, High Street, Bridge Street, Rosemary Hill, Priory Road, Waverley Road, STOP FOR 15 MINS, Warwick Road, St. John Street, Roseland Avenue, St. Nicholas Avenue, Randall Road, Warwick Road, The Square, Smalley Place, Abbey End.

Warwick District Council has issued a Traffic Regulation Order to authorise CJ's Events Warwickshire to legally close these roads to ensure the procession can take place safely. The procession begins at 15:00hrs and will finish at Abbey End at 17:30hrs. This will be a rolling road closure, and roads will re-open once the procession has passed.

Forrest Road will be closed from 9:00hrs to 18:30hrs

Stagecoach & National Express Buses will be diverted between these times. Users are advised to contact the bus provider for further information.
